Prices and sizes
Standard tenancies at Cordwainers Court are either 42 or 50 weeks and the following prices refer to the new academic year beginning in September 2018.
Standard rooms (shared bathroom) are £154 per week for 42-week tenancies, £6,468 in total, and £150 per week for 50-week tenancies, £7,500 in total. These rooms are approximately 12 m2.
