We have a range of resources, services and staff available to ensure you have everything you need for a smooth journey at UAL.

Whether you need advice on finance, IT support or to talk to someone about a personal issue, we’re here for you.

    IT Services

    Get help and support for computers, printing, WiFi, password resets and ID cards. IT Services also offers out-of-hours assistance.

    Student fees and funding

    The Student Advice Service provides useful information and advice on funding options, living costs, budgeting, discounts and debt.

    Immigration and visas

    Staff in the Student Advice Service can assist with guidance around visa applications, travelling abroad and visa options after completing your course.
